Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the company's accounting, including the preparation of monthly/annual financial statements, audits, tax filings, and comprehensive accounting and financial management tasks;

• Review internal processes for daily payments and expense reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate completion of various approvals in accordance with company requirements;

• Complete the classification and matching of cash flow and processes as required;

• Conduct timely and accurate contract reviews, providing suggestions for modifications from a financial compliance perspective;

• Collaborate with the funds management team to complete tasks related to Hong Kong bank coordination;

• Perform other duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the leadership.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Hong Kong/international accounting standards, with the ability to identify and prevent financial risks; capable of independently handling comprehensive financial matters for a Hong Kong company;

• More than three years of work experience, preferably with experience in both Hong Kong and Mainland China; experience in accounting firms or internet companies is advantageous;

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in accounting, financial management, finance, or related fields; CPA qualification is preferred;

• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese;

• Skilled in using financial accounting software and OFFICE software;

• Strong adaptability and alignment with company values; adept at handling procedural tasks and independently solving problems; outstanding communication and coordination skills are preferred;

• Demonstrates good professional ethics, clear and organized thinking, proactivity, rapid responsiveness, meticulous work ethic, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate within a team; capable of working under high-intensity pressure.
