Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze business operations, assess strategy effectiveness, and identify risk characteristics and strategies.
2. Improve the monitoring system and reporting, observe real-time indicator changes, conduct periodic risk analysis, and develop risk strategies.
3. Evaluate and analyze third-party data, produce assessment reports, and develop application plans to resolve business issues.
4. Be responsible for strategy deployment and online validation, and output strategy optimization and validation reports.
5. Conduct user risk profiling analysis, monitor customer group changes, and monitor model performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in finance, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
2. Over 2 years of experience in risk strategy at internet cash loans, consumer finance companies, auto finance companies, or bank credit card centers.
3. Familiarity with basic data analysis tools such as SAS, R, and Python, and the ability to continuously optimize risk strategies through analysis.
4. Strong learning ability, good team spirit, strong stress resistance, and results-oriented.
