Your new role
- Assist on divisional strategic planning efforts
- Data analysis on division performance metrics
- Drive strategic initiatives internally, requiring cooperation and coordination with stakeholders
- Own and manage various strategic and operational initiatives and reporting activities for regional and global management
- Develop and maintain new technological processes and policies to enhance trading and productivity
- Work with finance on revenue recognition, revenue booking and other related policies and procedures
- Coordinate office activities and schedules; develop and recommend office procedures and systems; ensure smooth office operations
- Ability to draft comprehensive business plans and communicate that plan effectively to global senior stakeholders
- Cooperate with risk functions within the firm to help enhance controls and processes and the ability to critically assess such controls and processes
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong proficiency in English
- Undergraduate Bachelor's degree, Masters in Management/Business/Finance preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the COO, Strategy, Business Development or Chief of Staff function
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
