Responsibilities

• Perform station duties such as platform supervision, train service recovery, station inspection and crowd control
• Operate Customer Service Centre and handle Automatic Fare Collection system and equipment
• Provide world-class customer services in accordance with the service standards and targets.
  
  

Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE (including English and Chinese Languages)
• A minimum of 2 year’s work experience, preferably gained in travel or hospitality industries
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, with knowledge of simplified Chinese characters
• Effective and empathetic communication skills and strong customer-centric mind-set
• Possession of a valid travel document to the Mainland of China
  
  

Remarks

• Required to perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours with an estimated average monthly income of HK$22,000 (including the shift duty related allowance*, laundry allowance, 13th month pay and annual discretionary award)
• Reporting for duty during adverse weather will be eligible for related allowances
• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of HK$12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
