Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales team with general office administration and clerical work, including data entry, record filing etc
• Handle sales operation tasks, e.g. quotations, samples and order processing
• Communicate with suppliers and customers on order requirements
• Follow up orders, coordinate and work closely with logistic parties and customers
• Handle other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• F5 or above
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in food industry will be an advantage
• Independent, self-motivated, hardworking and reliable
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office including Chinese word processing
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate available is highly preferred
