Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst of Loan Processing to play a crucial role in our core banking implementation project, focusing on data migration and interface system rebuild.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity, and rebuilding interface systems for seamless integration with the new core banking platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analysis and studies business objectives and requirements.
2. Collaborate with various business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements.
3. Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of systems re-modernization.
4. Analysis data, define data quality metrics, identify data transformation and mapping logic.
5. Define data migration plan and reconciliation strategies, implement the data transformation.
6. Assist the UAT, troubleshooting and implementation support.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Computing Science or related subject
• Certification in Business Analyst or relevant professional trainings is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial institute
• Proficiency in data modelling, data mapping, and transformation techniques.
• Practical experience in SQL, JIRA, Confluence and Agile knowledge
• Familiarize with different ranges of business analytical tools like data models, process flow construction, customer journey mapping etc.
• Experience in loan lending products, marketing rates, loan accounts, credit limit and collateral are preferrable.
• Being proactive, innovative, with good communication and analytical skills
• Spoken and written fluency in English and Chinese
