Job Summary:

To assist Head of Investment Product & Distribution (or delegate) to ensure the investment customer onboarding and selling and ordering process of Investment Products are up to market and regulatory standard.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, drive and support Investment related projects and change initiatives, including local/regional driven programs
• Own and oversee all investment product related sales suitability processes including systems and procedures where applicable
• Design and implement improvements to Investment sales and ordering process
• Support and address all investment product risk and compliance
• Improve and provide routine investment suitability training
• Support the resolution of process or system related Incidents

Requirements:

• University graduate is preferred
• Possess HKSI with CFA would be definite advantage
• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience as a Business Analyst / Change Manager in Wealth Management projects
• Ability to work independently and analyse situations with prioritize.
• Attention to details with strong organizational and time management.
• Able to communicate effectively with influencing
• Strong compliance and customer centric mindset
• Strong in project management and presentation
• Good knowledge of PC application software including Excel & PowerPoint
