Job Description:

Aster Recruiting is acting on behalf of our esteemed client to recruit an experienced  ETF Sales Manager  for their China on-shore market operations. The successful candidate will be based in either Shenzhen or Shanghai and will play a pivotal role in driving channel sales through partnerships with brokerage firms across mainland China. Additionally, this position involves managing key accounts to ensure strong client relationships and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Sales:  Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with brokerage firms in mainland China to expand ETF product distribution.
• Key Account Management:  Identify, develop, and manage key accounts to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
• Market Development:  Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the ETF market, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
• Product Knowledge:  Stay updated on ETF products and market trends to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
• Team Collaboration:  Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Experience:  Minimum 3+ years of experience in ETF sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals & key client relationships.
• Language Skills:  Fluency in Mandarin is essential; proficiency in English is desirable.
• Product Knowledge:  Strong understanding of ETF products and the financial services industry.
• Communication Skills:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking:  Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business objectives.
