Finance & Administration Manager


Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and implement financial and HR-related tasks for two Michelin-starred
  • restaurants in Hong Kong.
  • Analyze daily store data and provide business support.
  • Prepare daily financial accounting vouchers and compile reports.
  • Verify attendance records, prepare payroll, and manage salary disbursement.
  • Maintain external relations related to finance and HR, including tax and social security
  • matters.
  • Manage ledgers, including recording lease contracts, property fees, and reconciling
  • outstanding payments.
  • Organize, bind, classify, and maintain records.
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and
  • internal transfers.
  • Review employee expense reimbursements, generate and analyze management reports
  • for store operations, and handle turnover and income tax filings.
  • Procure daily office supplies for stores, maintain office equipment, manage inventory,
  • conduct fixed asset inventories and registrations, and handle administrative tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance or related fields; experience in the high-end
  • catering industry is preferred.
  • Familiar with local laws and regulations, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in financial and Office software applications.
  • Detail-oriented, dedicated, hardworking, and possessing a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills with solid soft skill.
  • Able to think from a strategic perspective and join the company development discussion.
