  • Ensure proper accounting treatment under different scenarios.
  • Lead the team to ensure efficiency of daily operations for OPEX and disbursement
  • Drive finance process enhancement

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper month end and quarter end closings
  • OPEX and cash management
  • Interbranch and Intercompany management
  • Deliver accurate and meaningful financial information
  • Ensure fully compliance with SOX requirements
  • Lead ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance accounting (Big 4 experience is preferred)
  • Qualified Accountant with HKICPA or equivalent
  • Capable of critical thinking and questioning current processes.
  • Proven track record in dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of insurance accounting logic and insurance reserve
  • Experience of SOX and finance process enhancement
  • Candidate with more experience would be considered for manager position
