Customer Service Officer (High Speed Rail) (Ref: 25000005)
Provide quality ticketing and hotline customer services to High Speed Rail passengers
Handle ticket reservation, enquiries and suggestions and provide data entry support
Handle lost property, travel related matters and monitor unclaimed lost property and storage
Manage the sales of travel-related products
Requirements
Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including Chinese and English Languages
A minimum of 1 year’s experience, preferably gained in travel, hospitality or passenger transport industry
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Chinese simplified characters)
Hands-on experience in various software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Remarks
Required to wear uniform and perform shift duties
Possession of a valid travel document to the Mainland of China is required
