Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team to address complex business issues, guiding strategy through execution.
• Manage offshore SAP developers, providing technical guidance and oversight on SAP-related development tasks.
• Analyze SAP systems and identify technical areas for improvement, optimization, and alignment with business requirements.
• Participate in SAP upgrade projects, including managing code migrations, functional testing, and post-upgrade support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP technical issues, including root cause analysis and implementing remediation strategies.
• Employ a variety of tools and techniques to analyze and interpret trends in the business area.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and relevance of your work and that of your team.
• Share thought leadership insights and knowledge with colleagues and clients.
• Communicate effectively and persuasively in a structured manner.
• Build and maintain diverse and quality relationships by adapting your approach to different situations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP system configurations, customizations, and technical processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP ABAP or Fiori development experience, preferably with large-scale ERP implementations.
• Strong experience in SAP technical programming using ABAP or Fiori, with expertise in one or more core SAP modules such as FICO, SDMM, BW, etc.
• Preferable experience in SAP UI/UX design and implementation, including SAPUI5 and Fiori.
• Experience in leading and managing offshore SAP development teams is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integration, and customization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; a proven team player.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
