Our team is growing! HKT Digital Ventures - Fintech, Financial Services is now looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee the strategic creation of our digital Payment & Credit businesses, as well as storytelling in our digital channels with the goal of building brand awareness, fostering loyalty, increasing engagement, and growing our audiences & businesses.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to formulate and implement social media campaigns to achieve KPIs within timeline and budget
• Grow and increase social presences for the brand on various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat and Xiaohongshu
• Develop creative and attractive social media content in different formats
• Manage and build up good relationship with KOLs and influencers
• Maintain daily operations for social media and online advertising campaigns on content creation, scheduling, advertising planning, monitoring and reporting
• Analyse social media campaigns efforts and results
• Study the local market and the competitors to give insight on new and effective social media strategy
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing/Communications or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, experience in social media or digital agency is highly preferable
• Digital-savvy and in-depth knowledge with major social medial platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Xiaohongshu)
• Experience in content creation, copywriting or editorial is an advantage
• Knowledge in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) will be a plus
• Solid experience in KOLs and influencer engagement and management
• Strong analytical skills to drive marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendations
• Proactive, well-organized, detail-minded, innovative and able to manage multiple tasks
• Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve KPIs
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
