The Senior Manager, Real Estate Surveillance oversees the conclusive assessment and authorization of post-financing surveillance instances within the real estate industry. This position entails liaising with regional post-financing units and on-site peers to guarantee adherence to corporate protocols and regulatory standards.


What will be your exposure?


  • Conduct meticulous reviews of real estate cases to ensure precision and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Make decisive judgments on real estate cases, endorsing or declining based on established criteria to guarantee full compliance
  • Engage closely with local teams and on-site staff in mainland China to swiftly address and resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Validate the presence and accuracy of all essential documentation, encompassing contracts, agreements, and supporting materials
  • Maintain transparent and efficient communication channels with clients, brokers, and stakeholders throughout the approval process
  • Remain accessible during some Hong Kong holidays that are regular working days in mainland China
  • Occasional traveling to other cities in mainland China is required


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree or above in finance, real estate, business administration, or other related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, real estate services, loan processing, or other relevant experience
  • Experience in post financing and other transaction related services (e.g. financial due diligence, deal advisory, corporate finance work, vendor assist) is a plus
  • Accounting / finance credentials such as CPA / CFA / FRM, which is advantageous
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal presentation abilities.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Mandarin and Simplified Chinese
