Responsible for formulating and improving the company’s overseas asset management compliance management system to ensure business operations are compliant;
Build and optimize the KYC process to improve the efficiency of customer identification and risk assessment;
Maintain good communication with overseas regulatory authorities to timely understand and convey regulatory policy dynamics;
Participate in the entire process of the company’s overseas asset management product issuance to ensure product compliance;
Guide and train the business team to enhance compliance awareness and capabilities;
Monitor and report on compliance risks of the company’s overseas business, and promptly propose improvement measures;
Assist the company in responding to inspections and investigations by overseas regulatory authorities.
Our Expectatios:
Come from well-known asset management institutions, global wealth management departments of Chinese and foreign banks, or private bank departments
Familiar with the local market, understand risk appetite, and be willing to establish connections and enjoy discussing;
Possess rich KYC experience and mature methodologies, be eager to think and actively design solutions suitable for new businesses;
Have participated in the entire process of product issuance, actively understand regulatory policies, and be detail-oriented;
Have 0-1 experience or possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
