Manage a security team to oversee the day-to-day 7 x 24 operations of the data center, ensuring reliability security, and performance.
Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Analyze service performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
Train, and mentor security team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to drive team success
Qualifications
higher diploma or above in BA, computer studies, or related field or
lower education but with concrete related experience is also acceptable
Proven experience in SLA management and performance metrics analysis.
Familiarity with data center infrastructure, operations, and best practices is a plus
Ability to review and enhance the current operation workflow to fulfill business growing needs.
Excellent client servicing and communication skills.
First Aid
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
