Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the HR Manager in a policy revamp project, collaborating with external consultants to
enhance and upgrade the overall HR policies and procedures (P&P) structure of the bank
2. Liaise with various teams (Bank, People Centre of Excellence, shared services) to ensure policies
and procedures are reviewed and operations are aligned with regulatory requirements
3. Maintain regulatory documents in a centralized repository
4. Prepare and submit regular and ad hoc reports or surveys as requested by local regulators
5. Support internal and external audits by preparing and presenting necessary documentation.
Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant
6. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and internal policy changes.
Conduct proactive read-across and gap analyses to address gap(s) if necessary
7. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Language studies or a related
field
2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in HR governance, compliance, or a related HR
function, or related fields for regulators, banks, brokers or financial institutions
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing and maintaining documentation
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders
5. Analytical skills with the ability to conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements
6. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
