Develop and maintain ImpactHK’s promotional materials in written Traditional Chinese and English, including the website, newsletters, and social media posts to engage the general public and stakeholders
Contribute to the formulation of social media plans and analysis, and develop social media content that enhances brand exposure
Assist in the logistics for press relations, including handling media inquiries and interviews, tracking media coverage, and updating media lists
Support the Communications Manager in developing, executing, and managing brand partnerships and events, proactively building relationships and customizing partnerships to promote the charity’s mission
Provide internal graphic design support for communications and fundraising needs
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in public relations and marketing
Degree or higher in relevant disciplines, preferably in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
Ability to write compelling, data-driven copy
Strong interpersonal skills and a creative approach to problem-solving
Analytical with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
