Jervois M Limited is a social media agency under Photoblog.hk. Jervois M is strong in providing a full range of social media monitoring, professional reporting, and crisis handling to help clients solve problems.

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitor social media posts.
• Prepare insightful reports regularly to clients.
• Detect potential crisis then prepare adhoc report to the client.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Language or related disciplines.
• Good communication, analytical, and report writing skills.
• Familiar with working with various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Forum, YouTube and Threads.
• Good team player, proactive, and able to work independently
• Task-oriented, obsessed with meeting deadlines, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English. 
• Intense hands-on experiences in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, potentially night shifts, and the ability to work in a team-based.
