With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will complete the necessary tasks to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

Address inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Procurement and Financial reporting of projects from different sectors (Commercial, Hospitality, Retail and Residential)
Work with the Procurement Director and Principal Consultant to develop, drive, and implement project goals
Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders
Track progress and ensure all project objectives are met
Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail (Mandarin, Cantonese and English)
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
Degree/certification in Construction/Supply Chain Management (preferred)
