Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role located in Hong Kong SAR. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert property consulting services, maintaining effective communication with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include handling property sales, conducting market research, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Consulting and Real Estate expertise
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
