About You:

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen with a results-oriented mindset
• Creative and innovative thinker with keen attention to detail
• Passionate about leading tours and facilitating activities
• Committed to cultural tourism and heritage conservation in Hong Kong
• Disciplined, responsible, and capable of working independently
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), or equivalent, with demonstrated ability to create professional documents, analyze data, and develop impactful presentations
• Experience in cultural event management preferred
• Skills in digital marketing, graphic design, and video production highly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills with good business etiquette
• Flexible with work arrangements
• 3+ years of prior work experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects end-to-end, including client liaison and requirement fulfillment
• Drive new business through pitching to partners and expanding sales/marketing channels
• Lead walking tours
• Manage tour/event logistics and administration

What We Offer:

• Salary: HKD 20,000 - 24,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skill level)
