To accelerate business growth, we are looking for a high-calibre - You to join our cohesive community! In this role, you will work with experienced crews in our payment team, reporting to the Head of Operation & Strategy. You will be a good fit:

Job Duty

• Manage positive relationships with external payment partner networks for deeper partnership opportunities and ensure smooth delivery of operations in coordination with internal parties.
• Drive operational excellence in sales operations, identify areas for improvement in operating procedure simplification, streamlining, and standardization
• Lead merchant campaign in a cost- and time-efficient manner to perform merchant training and onboarding under compliance guideline to fulfil requirement of COB/ Client Due Diligence/KYC checking/AML screening.
• Keep up with the latest industry & market trends, best practices, and regulatory developments in the payment sector, and provide recommendations for process and system enhancements
• Assist in the coordination and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs to drive sales productivity and achieve targets
• Work closely with our product and marketing teams to optimize our payment solutions for the market
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales pipeline and performance
• Handle special projects and ad-hoc incoming requests

What You Will Bring

• Approximately 2-5 years of relevant payment / finance experience, preferably with a fast growing fintech startup/ payment service/ B2B SaaS platform.
• Highly motivated problem solver able to identify issues and provide solutions in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient in English and Chinese including Mandarin, with strong knowledge of MS Office applications, WhatsApp, Outlook etc communication tools.
• Independent, self-initiative and good interpersonal skills
