Job Highlights

Responsibilities :

  • Handle and follow up clients’ enquiries, liaise with external parties and internal staff based on the feedbacks gather from clients
  • Handle ESOP project processing and provide suggestions for clients in a professional manner.
  • Providing reports and managing documents
  • Knowledge on KYC and AML procedures
  • Perform data entry and validation checking
  • Review duties to ensure timely completion and accuracy of daily operation
  • Design and implement operational procedures complied with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Handle Ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirement

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or equivalent or related discipline
  • 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Holder of SFC RA1 is preferred
  • Responsible, patience, customer focused and good communication skills
  • Well-organized, detailed minded, result oriented and able to manage multiple tasks environment
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
