Job Responsibilities: Responsible for aseptic packaging material sales in Vietnam and achieve the sales target Explore and build the sales channels Collect and analyze market data, key players including pricing, and monitoring competitive products in Vietnam, contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results, identifying needs to be filled Coordinate mill and communicate the detail of order related documents, delivery, and collection of payment Set up account development plan, including schedule and budget of marketing, operation and technical support to improve customer perception and improve the quality of sales orders Build up suitable sales organization in Vietnam secure resources to achieve targets, Work closely with customer’s R&D department, offer valuable suggestion on customer NPD. Help to increase sales volume by innovation of categories. Other special requirements: · High sense of responsibility and confidentiality. · Attention to detail and meticulousness. · Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Strong network in beverage/dairy/juice industry, strong social connection with major players in jAPAN, KOREA AND HONGKONG TAIWAN Rich experience in FMCG marketing, offered strategic proposal to customers in market development preferred. Strong organizational skills that drive projects forward Open minded, positive, target driven, analytical, problem solver Fluent in written and spoken English Willing to take high travel frequency
