职责

1.Acts as the senior expert in Oncology/Immunology drug discovery with the focus on but not limited to Macro-molecule, Antibodies and Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs). Maintains a high degree of understanding and awareness of internal and external sciences in innovative drug discovery and leads a group to deliver on organizational priorities.

2.Supervises and lead internal research portfolio projects including in-depth understanding target and MOA, selecting novel targets for drug development, developing assays to validate the targets, working with other R&D department to deliver on both its innovative science and strong pipeline to PCC/IND/Clinical stages.

3.Prepares and organizes data for presentation. Presents written and oral reports to the project team and management. Communicates research efforts to collaborators, corporate partners, and/or at scientific meetings.

4.Plays a visible leadership role in the management of cross-functional drug discovery teams, portfolio management and other research activity that contributes to drug discovery efforts.Develops and contributes to company’s intellectual property domain by way of patents and/or publications.

5.Assumes responsibility for research management activities such as departmental goal setting, budget administration, and other administrative functions.

6.Evaluates performance of individuals in functional group and on program research teams.

Education

Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Immunology, Molecular Biology)

Experience

10 years of R&D experience in immunology and oncology areas. With rich knowledges to supervise research portfolio projects from target validation to IND/Clinical

Knowledge and Skills

1.With a high degree of understanding and awareness of internal and external Oncology/Immunology sciences in drug discovery.

2.Better to have successful records of drug development for different modalities including macro-molecule, antibodies, and ADC from target validation to IND/Clinical stages.

3.Track record of scientific accomplishment as evidenced by quality and quantity of delivered clinical candidates, publications and/or inventions.

4.Recognized biology expert within the business and scientific community.
