A unique opportunity to join a highly innovative and fast-growing Biotech with significant investment from Venture Capital, having raised $200M in series A,B, and C funding. They focus on ground breaking discoveries and development of Oncology therapies. They are currently looking to hire a preclinical Project Manager based in Hong Kong. This person could also be based remotely, but will be required to travel and spend at least 50% of their time in Hong Kong.


As the Preclinical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of preclinical studies, ensuring timely, high-quality results. You’ll coordinate with CROs, internal teams, and stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.


Key Requirements:

Education:

  • Degree in a science discipline (Masters degree is desirable).

Experience

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in a (Preclinlcal) Project Manager role at a leading CRO (Contract Research Organisation) in Asia.

Skills

  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
