A highly innovative biologics company focussed on the discovery and development of next-generation cancer therapies is looking to hire a (Snr) Strategy Director based in Hong Kong .

Venture capital-backed, having raised over $190M through series A,B,and C funding, the company is well positioned to take its novel assets through to clinical development.

Reporting directly to the CEO , the (Snr) Strategy Director will have a broad scope of responsibility and exposure from shaping the preclinical strategy, R&D strategy, clinical development, to exploring the development opportunities in the commercial space. This person will act as an integrator across functions and have a seat at the leadership table as they build cutting-edge therapies.

The ideal candidate:

• A deep science background with a PhD in a relevant field of science from a top institution and a credible publication record. A post-doc would be desirable.
• Top-tier strategy consulting experience and/or Biotech venture capital experience
• Passionate about the science of drug development and comfortable working in oncology.
• Hands-on, action-oriented with a “doer” mindset.
• Fluent in Chinese
• Ideally someone who has knowledge and experience in the Asia Biotech market.
• Currently based in Hong Kong or willing to relocate.
