Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts including the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, accounts schedules and reconciliations
• Conduct financial performance review, analyze results, and resolve financial discrepancies 
• Oversee and enhance daily accounting operations performed by the outsourced Service Centre, ensuring their performance aligns with required standards
• Ensure compliance of group policies and internal policies 
• Collaborate closely with the Controlling and FP&A team to align financial strategies and operations 
• Prepare annual financial statements, tax computation and return
• Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities
• Drive initiatives and support for process improvements by leveraging technology and industry best practices
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments and projects as requested

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the F&B industry with qualifications in HKICPA/ACCA 
• Candidates with a Big 4 background will be an advantage
• Familiar lease accounting treatment, IFRS 16
• Willing to take challenges and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, self-motivated, capable of working independently
• Immediate availability is preferred
