Job Responsibilities:


  1. Human Resources Operations
  • Be responsible for handling visa applications for regional employees and all procedures related to their onboarding, transfer, promotion, and departure, ensuring compliance with local labor laws (such as the Employment Ordinance in Hong Kong).
  • Manage employee files and information, and handle regional payroll, tax filing, and social security/government housing fund management (such as Mandatory Provident Fund in Hong Kong), ensuring data accuracy and compliance (such as MPF contributions in Hong Kong).
  • Manage employee relations in the region, including handling daily inquiries about leave and compensation, and coordinating basic labor disputes.
  1. Administrative Operations
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, manage supplier relationships, and purchase office supplies to optimize administrative cost efficiency.
  • Organize regional employee activities (such as team-building and holiday celebrations) and coordinate cross-departmental meetings to enhance employee engagement.
  • Assist in formulating and updating administrative management policies to ensure compliance with regional safety and health standards (such as the Occupational Safety Ordinance in Hong Kong).
  1. Compliance and Cross-Regional Collaboration
  • Support the preparation for annual audits related to HR and administrative operations, and collaborate with the finance department to complete payroll and tax-related reports.
  • Assist in implementing and updating policies from the headquarters in the region, and promote the standardization of cross-regional processes (such as localizing the global employee handbook).


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR and administrative operations, familiar with labor laws and practices in Hong Kong (such as the Minimum Wage Ordinance in Hong Kong), with experience in payroll or tax filing preferred.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Office tools, with basic data analysis skills.
  • Preference for Hong Kong locals proficient in English and Cantonese, with fluent Mandarin.
  • High sense of responsibility, multi-tasking ability, and cross-cultural communication sensitivity.
