About the Role

We are partnering with a leading real estate company, to recruit a dynamic and results-driven General Manager , Leasing to lead their leasing team in Hong Kong. This is a high-impact role where you will oversee a leasing professionals and drive the leasing strategy for a prestigious retail portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail leasing, an extensive business network, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income for the retail portfolio.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 leasing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and key industry stakeholders.

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for the company.

• Collaborate closely with the Asset Management team to align leasing strategies with broader business goals.

• Monitor leasing performance and provide detailed reports and insights to senior management.

• Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and tenant meetings.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 10 years in retail leasing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven success in leasing retail properties in Hong Kong is essential.

• Strong connections within the retail and real estate sectors in Hong Kong.

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.

• Independent, self-disciplined, and results-oriented. Able to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic market environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
