Plan and deliver training for physiotherapist and other health care professionals
Administer therapeutic interventions to alleviate impairment of functional limitations and to maximize optimal recovery
Provide patient and family/ career education
Initiate and implement patient discharge planning
Initiate and recommend other rehab disciplines when appropriate assistant and participation are needed in quality improvement projects of the hospital
Shift duty is required
Any other duty as assigned by the Principal physiotherapist
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy; a post-graduate qualification is an advantage
Holder of Certificate of Registration Part 1a with valid practising certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board of Hong Kong
Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in a hospital setting
Commitment to quality patient care service
Strong counselling skills
Flexible, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good ability of written and spoken in both English and Chinese
