About Role:
- 負責日常營運中現場的初期故障隔離與維護
- 確保問題及時解決
- 負責日常檢查和故障預防
- 與跨職能團隊密切合作，進行故障排除、設備安裝和升級
- 協助行政任務，例如資訊/記錄更新
- 任何指派的臨時職責或項目
- 需7x24輪班及戶外工作，並提供津貼
About You:
- F.5 / DSE 資格 / 歡迎應屆畢業生
- 熟悉IP網路、光纖網路者優先
- 持有CCNA/CCNP認證者優先
- TCP/IP、LAN、WAN、交換器和路由器設定知識
- 組織良好，熱情並具有良好的責任感
- 良好的中英文口說和書寫能力
