    Our client, a sizeable Japanese company is looking for a Japanese speaking Shipping Clerk to join their team.

    Job duties:

    • Responsible for shipment arrangement, coordinate with internal shipping team and external logistics company on delivery issues
    • Liaise with customers and factories, suppliers on order processing and delivery
    • Prepare sales/procurement reports , prepare related documents, stock control
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

    Requirements

    • F.7/ DSE graduated or above
    • Good command of Japanese, passed JLPT N2/N1
    • Good command of English and Mandarin
    • 2-3 years related exp. in Japanese company is highly preferred
    • With good knowledge of shipping documents is highly preferred
    • Short notice/Immediate available is highly preferred
