Responsibilities

• This role falls under the department of Bank of East Asia (Trustees) Limited
• The incumbent will assist in various projects in connection with the existing private trust accounts, corporate share award schemes and HK estates etc. in compliance with all applicable regulations, rules, guidelines and standards set by regulators and The Bank
• Assist Trust Operation Manager in streamlining operation procedures and ensure the work output of the Section adhering to all established risk control guidelines and procedures
• Control fee billing of the cases including the maintenance of trust files and company kits of BVI companies
• Handle routine internal reports and assist regulatory report filing before deadline
• Provide administrative support and handle trust accounts matters
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required

 
Requirements

• University graduate with minimum two’s years of experiences gained in bank trustee / independent trust company/ legal or accounting firms also considered
• Experience in corporate secretarial matters is a bonus
• Good knowledge in customer due diligence requirements for private trust clients and trust compliance will be preferred, e.g. FATCA and CRS regulations and guidelines
• Self-motivated, a team player and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered as Private Trust Officer
