Responsibilities

• Formulating control measures relating to daily trust operation including system development and support of the trust business activities and streamline work flows by updating procedure manuals and guideline regularly. 
• Handling FATCA, CRS reporting and fulfill BVI economic substance requirements as well as handle the routine reports, ad hoc review projects and administrative tasks.   
• Monitoring the service quality of the Trust Administration Team and ensure staff have replied clients’ enquiries/requests within reasonable time.
• Working with supervisors in streamlining operation procedures and ensure the work output of the Section adhering to all established risk control guidelines, procedures as well as identify measures to assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work.

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in a related disciplines over 5 years’ experience working in bank trustee / independent trust company
• Good knowledge in customer due diligence requirements for private trust clients and trust compliance will be preferred, e.g. FATCA & CRS regulations and guideline
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently
• As a good team player with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably possess / obtain Core or Professional level of qualification under the HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF)
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
