- Higher Diploma holder in HRM
- At least 1 years of solid recruitment experience
- 5-day work per week
Responsibilities:
- Handle the daily recruitment process including job posting, selection process, employment offer, and on-boarding arrangement;
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job fairs and road shows;
- Prepare and update regular management reports on recruitment activities;
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder or above in HRM or related disciplines;
- At least 1 years of solid recruitment experience;
- Good analytical skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure;
- Proactive, energetic, well-organized and work independently;
- Team player with positive mindset and strong sense of responsibility;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command in written, spoken in English, Chinese and Putonghua is a must;
- Good PC skills;
- Knowledge in construction industry and immediate availability would be advantages.
