Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating the company's investment and operation work and promoting the transformation and upgrading of investment and operation related work;
• Responsible for the company's investment related data governance related work and promoting the digital transformation;
• Responsible for the development and construction of the investment management system and providing the investment side of the business support;
• Responsible for the development and optimization of the investment and operation related systems and processes;
• Other work assigned by the President's Office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a major in economics, management, finance, or other related professional discipline;
• Relevant qualifications such as CFA/CPA/SOA are preferred;
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in finance or insurance, including 5 years of management experience;
• Good communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English;
• Keep independent problem solving and team leadership skills.
