Our client, a Fortune 500 firm, is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end project management within Digital Transformation.
  • Work with key stakeholders and preparing business cases.
  • Partner with Senior Program Manager to update and present top management program
  • Oversee project managers in the Digital Transformation Program Office to help individual project teams achieve clearance from Finance, Risk & Compliance, and other teams
  • To work with external vendors sourcing process such as review and finish RFP preparation, SoW preparation, review & sign-off.
  • Lead project managers in vendor management, manage off shore team, manage and coordinate with internal IT function departments.
  • Handle modifications to business and technical requirements by recommending solutions or contingency plans at suitable points in the project lifecycle.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification in business management/STEM related disciplines or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-7 years’ work experience in project management
  • Industry working experience in insurance or financial industries are highly encouraged to apply
  • Industry experience in implementing digital tech solutions would be a plus
  • Strong relationship building skills with stakeholder, drive product delivery would be highly desirable
  • Prior experience in Agile or key principle methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership skills, problem solving skills
  • English and Chinese (verbal and written)
