Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute diverse restructuring and insolvency engagements, including corporate administrations, receiverships, business recoveries, and personal insolvency cases. 
  • Prepare and file critical legal and compliance documents (e.g., court submissions, creditor reports, shareholder communications) with precision and adherence to regulatory standards. 
  • Conduct forensic investigations to trace, recover, and maximize asset realization for stakeholders in complex insolvency scenarios. 
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, creditors, legal advisors, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes and resolve high-stakes cases. 
  • Support high-profile restructuring projects for listed companies, contributing to turnaround strategies and financial rehabilitation plans.
  • Uphold the firm’s core values by demonstrating accountability, ethical judgment, and a client-centric approach in all engagements.  
     

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, Solicitor) are a strong advantage. 
  • 2+ years of experience in restructuring, insolvency, or business recovery, preferably within a professional services environment. 
  • Exceptional communication skills: Fluency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken). Proficiency in Putonghua is highly desirable. 
  • PRC market exposure: Exposure to mainland China’s insolvency frameworks, legal systems, or cross-border cases will set you apart. 
  • Client-first mindset: A passion for delivering innovative solutions, exceeding expectations, and building long-term client relationships. 
  • Analytical and collaborative: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the agility to thrive in fast-paced, team-driven projects.
