Senior associates – Deal Advisory Services (SAS)

 

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial and commercial due diligence engagements
• Assist in valuation and market analysis engagements
• Perform analysis on target companies’ financial information to identify potential deal issues.
• Perform market research, industry and comparable analysis and financial modelling exercise. 
• Assist in preparing databooks and reports independently.
• Support management teams to execute managerial duties including client relationship management and proposal preparation.
• Collaborate with and support other engagements of valuation, business restructuring and forensic M&A services.
   

Requirements 

• Degree in any one of the following areas: Accounting, Finance, Finance Engineering and/or Economics. 
• Experience in commercial & financial due diligence and valuation services is preferred.
• Self-driven with can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output to meet deadlines.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Self-driven with ability to deliver quality output on time under pressure. 
• Holding or currently studying any professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CFA Charter or etc. is preferred (but not essential).
• Candidate with audit experience only but are highly analytical with exceptional reporting skills will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. 
• Candidates with less relevant experience but shows exceptional initiatives may be considered.
