Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for creating seamless, user-friendly web applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest level of performance and responsiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

Front-End Development:

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React or Vue.js).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive designs.

 

Back-End Development:

• Build robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications using technologies like Python (Django/Flask), ASP.net or Java.
• Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration with front-end systems and third-party services.
• Manage databases (SQL or NoSQL) and optimize queries for performance.

 

Full Stack Integration:

• Integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver cohesive web applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack to ensure smooth functionality.

 

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.

 

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

 

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proven experience with front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, C#, Java etc.).
• Experience with database design and management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

 

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

 

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Ali Cloud).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Github Copolit, etc.)
