Our client is a renowned luxury organization with a strong reputation. They are now recruiting a Private Client Specialist/ Manager who will further grow their team and build a portfolio of high net worth clients.

Description

This role will be responsible to generate, lead and implement commercial strategies to increase existing business and capture new opportunities through nurturing key relationships with HNWIs and extending personalized service.

Plan and implement initiatives to achieve strategic goals, especially on retention and VIP nurturing.

Building relationships with existing clients and engaging new clients.

Provide a seamless luxury experience with exceptional customer service.

Responsible for proposing brand solutions in line with pricing, visibility and resource parameters

Develop strategies in order to drive sales and maximise client satisfaction

Profile

The successful candidate will be presentable with high standards of grooming and well-spoken. You should have commercial acumen, able to interpret analytics and strategise in order to hit or exceed targets. You should have an ability to represent the brands to consumers through Ambassadorial duties, event hosting and personal introduction. A reasonably sufficient level of wine knowledge will be highly desirable. This applicant must have strong level of personal drive, resilience and flexibility are required for this role. A good communicator with interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills to manage key stakeholders across global, regional and local markets. This position requires fluent oral and written communication in both English and Chinese.
