Beauty Express Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team - you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to meet our organization's needs, and be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

 

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to HR Manager
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract talents
• Proactively source and recruit through databases, social media platforms, professional networks and other channels
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and job boards to post job advertisements and reach a wide pool of potential candidates
• Review applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct thorough and structured interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications and fit for the organization
• Collaborate with frontline managers to understand recruitment needs and provide timely updates on the hiring process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and contribute innovative ideas to improve the hiring process
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency
• Demonstrated ability to conduct various types of interviews, including behavioural and competency-based interviews
• Hands-on experience with different selection processes, such as skills assessments and reference checks
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with candidates and frontline managers
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
