FreshUp is the largest smart vending machine solution provider in Hong Kong. We own and operate 3000+ vending machines, and are now inviting talents to join our operation team. The ideal candidate will provide your clerical skills and purchasing services support to our Operation and Admin Department. We offer excellent package to suitable candidate.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in day to day purchasing operation duties;
• Prepare supplier’s invoice, on time delivery schedule, prepare payment application;
• Maintain and handle daily stock data-entry in the system;
• Support back work and administration duties to the department;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

• DSE / Certificate / Diploma holder or related disciplines;
• 0-2 years purchasing experience in FMCG / Retails / F&B industry;
• Knowledge of related purchasing system would be an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office (word, excel) and Chinese typing;
• Good command of Chinese and English;
• Well organized, good team work, self-motivated and detail minded;
• Immediate available will be highly preferred;
• Fresh graduate are also welcome.

Working Hours:

5.5 working days, rest on public holiday

Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm
