Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls, greet visitors & clients and mailing 
• Support on general office administration duties
• Meeting room reservation, approval and set up
• Order and distribution of office supplies 
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
• Shift times: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 18:00 / 9:00 - 18:30 with 1 hour lunch time

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Experience in reception and general admin preferred
• Able to assist in daily office administration duties
• Cheerful, decent with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• A good team player and familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
