- Pre-screening the card application and document verification
- Handle customer data inputting
- Perform internal checking and KYC process
- Work closely with branch representative or internal customer to follow up incomplete document
- Support back end operation duties
- Prepare various report
- Participate in project for system enhancement
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 1 years working experience
- Mature, open mind and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and independent
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
- Knowledge of MS
