負責管理食堂外包商並評估員工食堂的日常營運，確保提供優質的餐食、服務和卓越的餐飲體驗。評估涵蓋多方面，包括但不限於餐廳的營運計劃、菜單設計與更新、食材及物料的採購、庫存管理、食物制作和顧客服務標準的制定與維持，以及食物安全與衛生和環境清潔管理等。
入職要求：
- 瞭解餐飲業工作，瞭解中餐廳或食堂營運。
- 具編訂餐單或菜色品質評估經驗更佳。
- 熟悉香港消防署、食環署有關管理規定；具備有關食品安全及職安健證書更佳。
工作時間：
每週工作5天（公眾假期除外、年假18天），每天工作時間8小時，需在非銀行辦公時間輪班工作。
