WPB Credit and Financial Crime Risk Control - Credit Control Services

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Collections Officer (Restructuring & Review).

Principal responsibilities

• Assist in the process of Interbank Debt Relief Plan (IDRP) and Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) application
• Conduct risk account review and propose mitigation actions through regular or ad hoc review
• Assist in compiling MIS reports and performing User Acceptance Test on system enhancement and development
• Provide administrative support including account maintenance
• Handle customer complaint and branch enquiry

Requirements

• Completed HKCEE / HKDSE with at least five subjects at Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above including Chinese, English and Mathematics
• Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of application software such as MS Word, Excel and Access
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
