Assistant – Customer Service Department
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support in the Sales & Marketing Team;
- Responsible for the support of CS to handle client account opening;
- Responsible for document filing and storage;
- Perform all other duties as assigned by seniors from time to time.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above;
- With clerical experiences in bank or financial institutions is definitely an advantage;
- Knowledge in MS Office (e.g Word, excel);
- Hardworking and willing to do clerical tasks;
- Immediately available preferred;
- Candidates with less experiences are also welcome;
- Candidates with full working rights in Hong Kong, and are familiar with mainland China's business environment are welcomed;
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
